The Center for Science and Allied Health is a design-build project for Perralta Community College District. The center consists of two seismically isolated portions (a four-story structure to the east and a predominantly two-story structure to the west) with slab-on-grade construction for the at-grade lower floors. The LEED Gold building has an 110,000-square-foot footprint and features classrooms, genomics laboratories, and other educational and student support spaces.
